MY STORY

I can still see her. She’s wearing an oversized college sweatshirt and black running tights. Her hair is pulled up in a sloppy ponytail. Her busy life didn't allow time to shower yet. Or maybe she just didn’t have the energy. She is tired from trying to keep up with everything that she takes on in attempt to be “the best” stay at home mom, friend, wife and community member. She is hoping this will earn her the self-worth and happiness she is craving. She is so full of love and has so much potential—but she has no idea.

Life is passing her by. Her two young daughters are playing on the floor in front of her. Building up blocks to make a castle and they are laser focused on their fun. They giggle and look up at Mommy for approval. But she’s disconnected in every way. She can't see what others see in her, feel it, or experience it. She’s scared, lost and anxious—all of the time. Worried and negative thinking consumes her. This can’t be all that life has to offer. She feels like she failing as a mother, she feels like she's failing as a wife, she feels that she is failing life ... and life is failing her.

She doesn’t know where to turn. She’s too proud to get help. No, she’s actually too ashamed. So she will fake a smile and push through it.

Suddenly, she’s dizzy and cold with her heart beating out of her chest. She wants to run, and at the same time she is paralyzed with fear. She’s exhausted from panic attacks and can't fight them anymore. A thought plays across her mind like a movie screen, "I do not want to live like this."

She begins to surrender as she reaches a defining moment in her life. These scary thoughts are just thoughts. With this miraculous realization, a feeling comes over her. It was like a spiritual tap on the shoulder from her higher self, and it fills her with a knowing that she is powerful enough to change her thoughts, and therefore her life.

I can see this woman so clearly, because "she" was me. After experiencing a few unexpected events, including the sudden and devastating loss of my Mom in 2002, I adopted a life of fear. The last time my Mom was awake I told her that I would never be ok without her, and I spent many years keeping that promise. I created a life that prevented me from experiencing the joy that was right under my nose.

However, on that day, standing in my college sweat shirt, I took that pain I was carrying and I used it as guidance on the journey back to myself. I stepped into my power, took personal responsibility for my life and what it would become. I became a seeker—of knowledge, love, healing, and joy. And what I found was my true self.

I spent countless hours and dollars investing in myself with coaches, healers, courses, energy work, books and higher learning so that I could one day teach this inner guidance and wisdom to my clients.

It is my mission to show people how to let go of fear, uncertainty, and pain, and how to use all emotions as their personal road map to find what they are craving in life—a path to passion, purpose and prosperity. I uncovered the secret of how to live a fulfilling life with an abundance of love and joy!
